It is because of some far more basic fundamental principles that should influence your achievement or failure at everything you achieve in life.

Consistency

We get up every morning, we brush our teeth, wash, get dressed and have breakfast. We are consistent in our actions. We do it every day. We need to repeat it in being consistent with our projects related to our business for the days which we have chosen we are going to work, be it 1 or 7 days a week. We must do it consistently. We need to concentrate on the actions not on the result.

When we go mountain climbing, if we would continually look at the summit we would soon trip up and fall down. We must concentrate on each step at a time, one by one and as surely as the sun goes down we will reach our summit.

Belief

An absolute and genuine belief in our business, its services and products and exactly what it can give its customers.

Attitude

Possibly the most essential of these three but worthless on its own. It is no good having the best attitude in the world if one is sitting in a closed room not talking to anyone. So, what is behavior aside from how one feels about oneself as well as others.

Your face is honest, totally transparent and your attitude shines through whether it is negative or positive. The first second which prospective customer recognizes you possibly before you see him, your attitude comes through. The customer sees it, maybe only psychologically and will respond accordingly. Everyone knows the first point any salesperson has to sell is themselves just before they open up their mouth.
